1. $5 per entry.
2. You may enter as often as you like.
3. Select a total of 25 players but no more than 4 from any one team.
4. Total points will be used for determining winners.
5. All money collected will be given out as prize money.
6. In the event of a tie all cash prizes will be divided equally amongst
    all the tied teams for each prize category. All gift prizes will be
    selected randomly amongst all the tied teams for each prize category.
7. Entry deadline is Thursday April 14 at 7:00 pm. Any entry that is
    not submitted correctly i.e. more than 4 players per team or more
    than 25 players overall shall be disqualified and the entry fee
    returned.
8. Prize categories are: Cash Prizes
10% for the leader after the first round
10% for the leader after the second round
10% for the leader after the third round
50% for the overall winner
15% for the second overall winner
5% for 50th overall
